This first topaz ring makes most other blues look insipid. Although the color of the November birthstone is difficult to represent in an image this ring does appear to be much brighter and more intense than most.

What convinces me that this Blue Topaz and diamond ring is a much more intense blue than many of the cheaper topaz is that they stress the blue color in the advertising blurb.

For instance, it is called a “vivid blue topaz center stone” and “with its pop of vibrant blue color” – they don’t normally say that when they talk about blue topaz and there would be a ton of complaints if the color was not at least a bit more vivid than the usual.

It can be bought in either white gold or yellow gold and the 3 stones – the topaz and the 2 diamonds combine to a total 1 carat.

This next blue topaz ring is called a London blue – that’s a good sign because London blue is a deep, dark blue color.
